Excise duties, hydrocarbons and customs

  • Hydrocarbon tax and other energy excise duties.
  • Audits, assessment decisions and penalty files.
  • EMCS, SILICIE and SIANE systems: electronic movement documents and accounting obligations.
  • Surpluses and losses in tax warehouses; reduced-rate diesel and evidence of its end use.

Other areas of legal interest

Subjects that form part of the academic background and professional experience but are not currently core areas of specialisation for DÍAZ-HEREDERO. They are listed for transparency, not as commercial services.

Employment law

Employment questions connected to the taxation of remuneration and to the international mobility of workers.

Criminal law

General legal training and experience in drafting procedural documents during the litigation stage. Criminal defence is not offered.

Digital law and new technologies

Continued interest and work in data protection, digital professional ethics and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in legal practice.

Work is carried out on the basis of the facts and documentation provided. Where a matter requires activities reserved to qualified professionals — in particular court representation and advocacy — it must be handled by the corresponding admitted professional.

Do you currently have a tax procedure under way? You can set out your case so that it can be assessed.

Submitting the form does not mean the matter has been accepted.
